How to read e-books on your mobile device

In addition to reading the library’s e-books on a computer, you can also use your EBSCO account to read them on your mobile devices. Here's how:

  1. Get an Adobe ID. This is free and only takes a minute.
  2. Load the free Bluefire Reader app onto your mobile device. You can download it from the App Store (iOS) or from Google Play (Android).
  3. Enter your Adobe ID into the Bluefire Reader app. You'll only have to enter it once.
  4. Use your mobile device's web browser to visit our EBSCO e-book database and log into your EBSCO account.
  5. Change the default database selection to eBooks.
  6. Search for the book you want to read and then select the download button. Open the book in the Bluefire Reader when prompted. For download help, watch this short tutorial.
