This associate’s degree in Fire Technology and Administration trains and educates students to become qualified, competent leaders in fire protection, prevention, and administration. Fire technologists must be well-versed in many subjects to properly handle a broad spectrum of issues daily. They must recognize the need for fire prevention activities, the necessity of educating children and adults in fire safety, and the importance of enforcing fire prevention codes.
